Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs in Dallas, Texas, Dr. Wallace's early experiences spending every day after school at her parents' insurance agency instilled in her a commitment to providing quality resources to communities. Surrounded by family and community members who shared their hopes, dreams, and life lessons, she learned the importance of connection and community engagement—a legacy she passionately continues.
Dr. Wallace has spent over a decade working in leadership positions across various sectors, including education, insurance, healthcare, mental health, political advocacy, and entertainment. Her diverse experiences inform her holistic approach to change management and community engagement. At Wallace CG Solutions, Dr. Wallace combines her extensive educational background, diverse professional experiences, and deep-rooted commitment to community engagement to empower organizations in creating lasting positive change.
